Pros

It was a better work place during James Peck/Mohit Kapoor era. But after they stepped down, the company has no vision and buying other companies which are failing

Cons

Just thinking what is the benefit for the current CEO in buying Neustar, which was failing miserably.

Pros

Pay and WFH benefits are nice and some of the team members can be nice to work with.

Cons

Low morale due to multiple rounds of layoffs. Teams seem overworked now that there are less people.

Quiet Firing

Pros

Great coworkers and FTO policy

Cons

Very reactionary. No bonuses, no raises. Lack of communication from top down. Quiet firing on shore employees and hiring offshore 2 recourses for the price of 1 onshore. Poor training. Lack of cohesive vision. Employees are very under appreciated. Very poor morale, especially following layoffs with no idea of how to improve it. Inflicting RTO on employees expecting them to travel up to 90 minutes both ways to and from work. On shore hiring freeze in effect for years.
