Worst HR interview experience

Pros

Team is good Managers are supportive

Cons

HRs of transunion are very irresponsible. For interview they call you any time to schedule the interview but when we ask the result they wont pickup calls , neither reapond to mails. The interviewer and Managers clearly mentions in interview that they made decision as per process HR will let you know 1-2 days , but HR wont tell the result for months. I personally think HR team is very narrow minded they are looking for cheapeast employee .

Great coworkers who genuinely make the work better.

Cons

The pay is awful and it always feels as if you are not valued by the higher ups

Pros

Intelligent, hard working people Great products Good teams can be formed across the two companies and collaboration is possible but being pushed from bottom up

Cons

Merger is still not complete, barely in process. Many talented people have left because of reorganization / lack of fair treatment between the two heritage companies (Neustar is in the management seat but TU has the brain power).
