Pros

Spacious , good colleagues, other than that none TransUnion is good but pleaseeee dont join the CIBIL process , save your life pls dont join cibil its toxic place to be no one stays more than a max of 8 months here.

Cons

The manger is the worst in this process , he will blackmail you with your family background , loans , commitments will force you to work on weekends, managers and tl in this process are unimaginable. You cannot grow in this toxic place .no learning no growth , even if they pay you lakhs please do not sign for this process , you can work in a difficult or stressful environment but this is Toxic . Please guys take care of your loved ones . This Indian cibil is slavery system

Pros

Transunion has good plans for employees.. But unfortunately its stopped by indian managers from reaching employees.

Cons

Everyone in TU cibil is treated as slaves by managers and senior managers. ... Pressure and Forced to Work even for 14 hours, can't leave office without begging managers, forcing to work on weekend offs, comp off is considered as leave here.. No work life balance.

Pros

Work life balance is good

Cons

Many: 1) Nepotism: there is no standardisation while hiring people. So a senior can hire his people at inflated roles/designations who better pedigree, more experienced older employees are made to report to 2) Culture: Though culture is not bad it highly depends on your manager. HR seems powerless. So a bad manager can screw you 3) Bureaucracy: very slow org. Slow growth path. Mindlessly boring work
