      Pros

      India's leading credit bureau. provides 360 degree view of what's happening in the industry. Only client facing rules are good

      Cons

      Unstable leadership, undefined roles and week processes lead to blame game. Very perception driven and talent gets a backseat. HR is non-existent

      Forward thinking culture + great people

      Pros

      I've worked at TU for several years. The culture just keeps getting better. Things are fast paced and continuously evolving (which I prefer). You are rewarded by thinking differently and going above and beyond. You are given opportunities to pursue cool projects or work outside your SME area. This usually requires you to work longer hours but gives you the opportunity to gain new skills and round out your career. The people I work with are smart, innovative, and not complacent. I've worked in several environments that don't value their people. This is not one of them and it's what keeps me at TU.

      Cons

      We are growing quickly and there's a lot happening. This isn't the company for you if you don't like change and to evolve. You have to be willing to ask questions and move the needle forward. If not, you will likely find this place frustrating.

      Pros

      - Solid culture. A place where good ideas are considered, regardless of source or title. Work from home is offered and generally embraced by senior management - A surprisingly large and diverse set of business units experiencing strong growth. The company has made some very smart, targeted acquisitions.

      Cons

      - Overcrowded HQ. Workspaces are cramped and private spaces are limited and in high demand - Pace of growth and acquisitions has been frenetic, and has not allowed enough time and attention for proper integration - Risk appetite is perhaps greater than it should be for a publicly traded company of this size
