Pros

If you demonstrate a hardworking attitude and a dedication to the company there is a lot of room for growth. TransUnion provided me with a lot of external training, allowing me to advance and improve my skills. Internally a lot of the associates are very friendly and took the time to further mentor me. The future is bright for TransUnion Canada, and it would be a perfect time to get on board with the company. Despite the grievances of some, TransUnion does offer a lot to their employees and continues to look for ways of improving.

Cons

Majority of the associates are overloaded with work, which for some raises the level of stress. Job security at times is questionable.

Pros

Work life balance is great, ability to work off site. Coworkers are friendly and work as a team in my experience. Solid benefits and time off. Really bright team in executive management, Thought leaders bringing about tangible improvement.

Cons

Some outdated processes/operational redundancy. Communication and documentation of S.O.P's could be better
