      Decent benefits, but management doesn't really have their feet on the ground.

      Pros

      There's a decent work life balance, at least at my location and my department. The pay is very competitive and so are the benefits.

      Cons

      Very little chance for career growth. Raises are stingy. Some departments lack appropriate talent, the company suffers for it and management seems blind to the fact.

      Pros

      great place to work for new college grads, with great benefits. Managers are flexible with needs of workers. Howver very inflexible on how to do the job at hand.

      Cons

      no growth, revolving door, no career path. Any body who has aspirations of moving up the career ladder, forget about it, there is no career ladder. Pay is not compatable for similar positions.
