Cons

Great deal of outsourceing to different contires Company appears to RIFing seasoned employees Uncertainty surrounding the entire company - is it going public or is it going to be sold Company finds ways to pay employees less money for more work. Its an art and this company has mastered it.

TransUnion is an excellent company to build expertise in the credit bureau industry as well as progress in your career goals.

Cons

The key downside of working with TransUnion LLC is that they are a privately-held company and there are virtually no stock options or other means of equity sharing available for employees.

Close to Train Stations for suburb commuters, workout facility for employees, very slow business so lots of free time.

Cons

Boring, stale and unitelligent management, very quiet, unfairness in bonus structure.
