Fully remote, flexible about WLB if you need to be away from your computer for a bit. Not insanely demanding hours but is manager + team dependent

Cons

frequent org changes and changes in priorities, feels bloated where there are many higher level directors, managers, architects and not enough lower level engineers. Career growth stalls at L3/L4 level
