Company is very organized and with very strong processes, colleagues are well-prepared and you can learn a lot from them. Products are really good.

Cons

Going through a tough period with lots of pressure with the shareholders, which leads to a lot of insecurity with the layoffs, big restructuring changes and a lot of unclearness between all of that.
