      The engineering team was well organized and had managed to set up many best practices for their engineering. As an intern I was given valuable mentorship.

      Cons

      Didn't have structure in place for getting up to speed with the tools being used. Tasks assigned sometimes didn't have much learning value and required lots of knowledge for the tool used.
