      Large multi-national company focused on making the world a better place. Large multi-national means the possibility to move into new areas. Not an organisation that is likely to make you redundant. The work can be very interesting and worthwhile.

      Cons

      The company needs to create more career development plans. As an employee, you have to drive your own career. The company should look internally before they hire externally. The IT needs to be improved. They never seem to have the budgets to make any significant improvements.
