      Thank you for your review and your time at UL Solutions. After 129 years, UL Solutions is indeed a stable place to work and learn. We have robust benefits for health, but also great financial and personal balance benefits including up to 5% 401k match with an additional 4% after one year of service. All of our full time employees are part of our annual bonus program, and in addition to vacation, we also have 3 floating holidays and 2 volunteer paid days off!

      They have an ethical mission for someone wanting to work for a for profit business but still feel like they are making the world a better place. Good growth opportunities. Great teammates that help you learn the ropes.

      Chronically understaffed. Focus on quantity instead of quality.
