      Pros

      The best about HRN is its people - it's the most international crew I've ever worked with and it's amazing. The atmosphere is friendly and inspiring, and this is a company with great mission and purpose which everyone can relate to. Since the company is quite young and growing, the work is challenging and developing, and since it's an event business it's never boring too. The autonomy and trust is given to everyone as long as you are ready to take on it and great results are always rewarded.

      Cons

      Since it's a young company, the processes are not well-defined yet, so for some people it might feel a bit hectic or chaotic. But if you're thriving in a not so structured environment and can take the lead in building the processes, you'll definitely love it.

      Never a dull moment with HRN

      Pros

      I often hear from friends that they are so bored doing the same thing over and over again in their jobs... That's something which will never happen to you at HRN. Every day is completely new, exciting and most importantly challenging. It gives you a great insight how a startup becomes in only a few year's the Greatest HR Show on Earth.

      Cons

      Working in the event industry you must prepare yourself that anything could change in a minute and you always need to prepare for the unexpected. It can be very stressful sometimes but the hard work and the fantastic shows always compensate you.

      I have been working here for the last 4 Years , Its completely multi cultural . I strongly recommend HRN if you want to start your career , Best place to learn a lot and challenge yourselves to think out of the box. Even though it is considered as a startup comp

      Coming to Cons, I cant see that much , as you get so much positive energy, we can neglect the small disturbances on the way of achieving HUGE success.
