      HRN is an awesome place to work at

      Pros

      I have been working at HRN for 5 years now which - I believe - on its own proves how great this place to be. When I came out of university all young and fresh, they gave me a chance and thought me most of the things I still use on a daily basis. HRN is very multicultural, we do not care about where you are from, if you are cool and hardworking, that is the place for you to be - we work hard and play hard. The growth of the company is amazing, sometimes even too quick. The salary can be very good, if someone is a great and useful addition to the team the options for real talent are unlimited. Position switches are also possible within the departments. If you are interested in international event management and want to learn about different markets and industries HRN can offer a great deal.

      Cons

      Due to the quick growth of the company, we are sometimes trapped in our own success. The technological development cannot always follow the size of the company, which can result in unpleasant situations. Thanks to the nature of the business and the industry, markets and expectations change so quickly sometimes projects can be hectic or even frustrating.

      Pros

      HRN, is simply the perfect place to work and have fun at the same time. Totally open to hire any talent, they just don't care where are you from or how do you look like, they just care about your talent and enthusiasm. This is with no doubts, the place I've ever worked so far, young and happy people around, no formalities, everyone is just themselves. In terms of career, HRN is the best place to start your career, you will have the chance to grow very quickly, and develop yourself, getting to senior level fast, as long as you deliver a good performance. You are also very well compensated. Commissions are very good and targets are reasonable. HRN is the best place to grow professionally, networking, and having fun at the same time.

      Cons

      HRN is a start-up company, with not so many employees, therefore if you are looking for a big company, this might not be the right place to be.
