Pros

The team I worked with in middle management and on the same level as me were kind and I’ve made friends for life but I think it might be a trauma bond. The events are actually good to be at - shame I had to work them.

Cons

Management don’t trust anyone to make a decision. Constantly saw people doing great work for it to be completely deleted or changed. Senior staff don’t understand HR enough to be in the roles. No internal subject matter experts. Working hours were crazy so unlimited holiday was off the table for 14 weeks pre event, twice a year. All of the team I worked with left or got let go within three months for no reason. They offer a great salary at the start but it will never increase and you’ll want to leave before an opportunity arises.

You have to be friends with the right people

Pros

The office was nice, clean and welcoming. Some travel is included (if you are friends with the right people) The payment is not bad comparing to Hungarian standards, but not for European standards.

Cons

Gosh.. where to start.. First of all, it's refreshing to see that a lot of people realized the truth about the enviroment, the management and the CEO. Back in the days it seemed as everybody cherishes him and the management team, which was pretty scary, as they were treating their employees horribly. I could give so many examples of the toxicity of the company, but one thing is for sure: you have to be friends with the right people, otherwise they don't care about you. If you're not partying with the closest circle of the CEO, it doesn't matter how hard you're working, they will not notice it anyways. Their favorits are getting promotions, appreciacion, travels, all the holidays they want (once one of sales people went on a 3 months long trip with someone from the management, but I was given a warning for taking off 3 Fridays in a row.. :D ), but only those couple of people. The rest of the team have to work, and hope for not getting fired for a random reason.. If you join the team, you will experience how fake the whole team is, it's literally crazy. They will "somehow" forget to invite you to the team lunch and their "super inclusive" parties, but when you leave they pretend they will miss you so much, because you were "such a great part of our team".. I also have to add, that the amazing and professional CEO BLOCKED me from his social media, after I left for a better opportunity.. and I was not the only one.. Avoid Unleash on any cost..

Pros

Some nice people in the company

Cons

The management team don't know what they're doing - in their jobs and in managing people and teams. They have zero trust in their people so nothing ever gets done due to back and forth etc. There is no communication within the company and the systems are outdated and feel old fashioned. I really feel sorry for anyone starting here with high hopes because they will be sincerely disappointed and may well end up with burnout or with their mental health affected. Only work here if you are extremely desperate. No less than 5 people were fired within the space of a couple of months for no reason and very suddenly. The turnover within the teams is unlike anything I've ever seen. Everyone is miserable and the culture is extremely toxic.
