Hypocrisy at it's finest

Pros

Other former employees are finally speaking up about the poor practices, discrimination and behavior of the CEO and management at this company

Cons

Where to start? Most of these reviews hit the nail on the head aside from the fake positive reviews which are clearly written by the CEO (yes, we all know your tone and language). This further highlights the desperation to portray a false positive image and coverup the wrong doings that have taken place. The irony of this company being a toxic cycle of shuffling people in and out the door while preaching on topics such as workplace wellbing, career mobility, etc. is appalling. I would caution others from falling into this trap of a workplace, value yourself enough to land somewhere that actually practices what it preaches.

Cautionary Tale

Pros

There are so many things to love about UNLEASH. The team is full of incredibly talented, passionate people—the kind you rarely find all in one place. HR is amazing and genuinely supportive, and the benefits are decent. The vision of the company and its potential are inspiring, and on paper, it looks like the kind of place where people could really thrive.

Cons

However, the reality is far from what the company promises. The CEO is, without question, the single biggest problem. He’s completely two-faced—one version of him for the public and an entirely different one for his team. If you’re in his inner circle, life might be smooth. If not—or if he decides he doesn’t like you personally—then your days are numbered. He constantly changes direction without warning, then blames others for the chaos that follows. Constructive feedback isn’t welcome, and even senior leaders live in fear of being publicly humiliated or scapegoated. Decisions are driven by his mood on any given day, making it impossible to create stability or long-term success. The culture is one of constant anxiety, where people are walking on eggshells, worried about being the next target. It’s no coincidence that so many genuinely talented, hardworking people have left in frustration. If you’re not part of his "club," you’re excluded from key decisions, sidelined, and ultimately made to feel like you don’t belong.

Steer clear at all costs

Pros

The HR team were good but they don’t stand a chance of making a change when the company is rotten at the core. CS team had a great leader but again, the team are put under too much stress from above

Cons

A really toxic environment! Reminds me of an events company in the early 90’s. Full of bullies and egos. You may hate your job and think it can’t be all that bad at UNLEASH, it is! I strongly urge you to stay away, they have no values at all, an absolutely awful culture and don’t actually care about a single employee. Everyone is miserable and exhausted. You are given unachievable deadlines, spoken down to and treated like a child regardless of your experience and the frustrating thing is, the leadership team are actually really immature themselves and don’t have a vast amount of knowledge
