Pros

Some good people and decent productions. Pay is comparable to competition, though slightly behind. Vacation time is fairly standard. Flex days and unlimited sick days are a big plus.

Cons

Turnover is getting out of hand. Many seniors have left, remaining seniors are spread too thin. Serial harassers are shuffled around instead of being dealt with. Company will change policy on a whim to suit their narratives. Studio management is showing that when it comes down to it, they will go for bullet points that will please investors in the short term over the well-being of employees every time.
