Pros

- Work/Life balance was excellent - Never felt like I was under extreme pressure - Upper-management was in shambles, but lower level managers cared a lot - Free games, team wide events that included invitations for family, amazing holiday celebrations

Cons

- Upper management doesn't seem to have a solid game plan for the future - Upper management doesn't seem to know how to utilize different studios talent effectively - The organization as a whole seems to be struggling, and it's killing morale for many because management doesn't enact any tangible change
