      Long periods of overtime. Very small chances to get a promotion out of the Test department.

      Nice people; a lot to learn for a newcomer; opportunity to work on some hi-profile projects.

      Cons

      Bad Location, very far from anything. It is positioned on an empty field, very depressing, and the ambiance is not too good. Salaries are ok, but not good. Slow growth as a studio, not as nr. of people but as competencies, and as personal development. Too much corporate vibe, no visibility.

      Great colleagues, great young and fun environment, lots of opportunities to learn and initiate ideas, tasks are challenging at times.

      Cons

      Salaries tend to be under the market for some jobs. There are not enough career opportunities. There is not enough visibility on long term strategy.
