      * Flexible Timings. * Best platform for any new comer in the industry to learn best practices of game development. * Excellent atmosphere and stress free work environment that helps you to deliver better. * Employees are free to share their interest on the kind of platform and technologies they want to work it. * Management support internal hiring first for any open position available in the studio.

      Cons

      * Employees are under paid compared to others in the industry. But honestly, if money is your first priority then Ubisoft is not the place for you.

      Pros

      Work on the games you like. Great crowd of people Can be challenging at times so you can learn a lot. Lately, the studio is getting involved more in our core title lineup so this means more visibility for everyone

      Cons

      Not enough advancement opportunities. Changing jobs/teams is not an established process. Part of the studio management is ... not up to the task The attitude of the "Main Studios" (Montreal, Annecy, Paris) towards the Buc studio is not the greatest and the local leads don't really stand up to the "higher-ups" even when they know that the requests made are not right.
