Expected to give exceptional customer service with no payroll, the hours given are riidiculous.we wait on thousands of customers but if one negative comment happens that is all that matters. Corporate has no respect for the retail employees it is as if we were enemies. Given a ridiculous amount of tasks on top of trying to help customers that need bottle fed. Corporate mistakes always are swept under the rug but when the stores make a error they are quick to point the finger and blame. Weekly we are given retail goals,ad sets,section changes for new product, out of stocks,cleaning including bathrooms,truck which consists thousands of items restocking,changing lightbulbs and floor cleaning only to be told cut hours and take care of the customers.
