Business Outlook
Pros
Good salary and benefits, a lot of accountability for your work, had an annual cycle with peaks and troughs of intense activity. Had extra hours paid.
Cons
Takes a long time to get promoted within your department than it should, which can be frustrating. Sure, the salary might be a little higher at another company, but I don't know anyone else who has such a good 401k package or extra hours paid in this department.
