Pros

As a training ground for new MBA's, Unilever provides a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of brand marketing with solid support from senior leadership, great programs and a fun portfolio of products.

Cons

Unilever is a massive organization, with plenty of politics to go around. You have to be confident, politely outspoken and driven to earn your place in the ranks.
