Good benefits for now at least. Pay is ok but it's always difficult to determine your bonus. Structure is different every year and confusing to even find out how it is determined.

Cons

Management will not listen and give you the support needed to gain new business. Continue to grow business year after year but still no support. All they want is more with less. They want to play with big companies but aren't willing tonsupport it. Never posts job openings - they simply appoint men based on the good ole boy system.

Company has good potential----just don't think it will ever be realized. Excellent infastructure of warehouses and freight lanes that could set it apart from the competition, but internal strife has "felled the giant"!

Cons

Good ole boy network! All new management of buddies who don't listen to the long term employees has driven this once great company into the ground. Employees are not valued. Consultants have made all the $$$ while those who know what needs to be done are pushed down, ignored, and left the company. Anyone who has remained is heartbroken to see what has happened, and feels hopeful, but are giving up hope.
