It is a large global company with some challenging issues that can be a good opportunity to elarn.

Cons

-very poor ownership group with short term strategy -declining company performance -wasteful, lack of control over discretionary spending at the top -poor compensation, especially the bonus plan which is tied to company performance -low morale and significant turnover -poor project management -unclear strategy -poor tone at the top -outdated systems -few opportunities for career growth This company used to have leadership and a clear sense of direction. The company really took a turn for the worse when Erik Fyrwald became CEO in May 2012.

Coworkers are great. Occasional catered lunch.

Cons

I have never seen a company with that promotes such a negative culture. Nobody takes responsibility for anything because the know they can place blame upon the purchasing department. Most if not all of purchasing is overworked because they are understaffed and know it. They're is no room for advancement what so ever. Bonus' and raises are based upon unrealistic goals. Training is an absolute joke. Most managers are lazy and have no idea of what is going on.
