      Pros

      Very fun staff, always new and interesting events to work. Lots of perks, such as being able to work on movie sets, red carpet premiere's, concerts, music festivals, meeting famous people.

      Cons

      Loose structure, not a lot of clear cut direction. This may work for people, but when I was working there it was one of my first jobs in the industry and sometimes I felt lost.

      Tiring When I Was There

      Casual environment, nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Compensation was middling. Internal strife within the overpaid executive ranks (when I was there) basically buried the company - which changed its names and ownership multiple times. Magazine business is in a state of perennial decline and this company doesn't understand how to make the full digital transition.
