Mass layoffs have led to serious morale issues within the Newfoundland and Labrador operations. No visibility, vision or direction with the local head of operations. Long Harbour is a mess with disorganized, chaotic, inexperienced leaders with no understanding of safety culture. Not a pleasant place to work in recent years.
