Pros

*Good Environment *Salary Is acceptable *Some Employees travel to Germany for about 2 or 3 weeks for tasks .

Cons

*No Career development , You will not develop inside the company you will depend on your background knowledge and your ability to seek knowledge . * The tasks you are given will not increase your technical knowledge , you will only gain knowledge in what benefits the company . * The trainings are few and most of them will not benefit you in the work you are doing they are just for routine . * No Work appreciation , You can work on tasks over nights and you will not be appreciated . * No time management and you are always under stress from your management in case of delivery . * It is as if we are working for the engineers at Germany rather than working with them and the management would do anything to please them . * Management opinion is based on personal opinion more than professional opinion . * Managers are not senior enough to be managers which leads to the above point . *No work/life balance , specially when you work in P1 projects where delivery is always needed. *Located in Smart Village so unless you live in 6th of october, you will waist too many time in the road.

Pros

1. Technically challenging and interesting work. 2. An enjoyable place to work a few years ago. 3. Competitive compensation a few years ago.

Cons

Below are my opinions and experiences: 1. Forced vacations. 2. Furloughs. 3. Reduced 401k benefits. 4. No salary (or minuscule) raises past 3 years. 5. Reduced bonuses. 6. Very hyped stock plan that is questionably fraudulent. 7. Hard-nosed condescending management that simply squeezes everything and makes it a miserable place to work. 8. Sales going down. 9. Good suppliers taken advantage of. Do not pay their bills for 2 months a year before end of semester likely to pad bonuses for management. 10. Bureaucracy prevents anything from getting done and pointless to start. 11. Old school management not realizing nothing gets done in 20+ person meetings. 12. Good 'ol boys network. Not 1 women in any management position...not 1! 11. Can't get qualified help so recruit from out of country. 13. No long-term thinking, plan, or vision. Very short-sighted. Certainly no Elon Musk leading this company. 14. Management has pitted every department against each other. No teamwork just finger pointing. 15. Seymour Indiana. 16. A lot of quality people & management all pointing out issues but not enough people to fix them.

Pros

Active in many cutting edge technologies in the industry. Plenty of opportunities to learn and advance. Good benefits, low deductible.

Cons

Struggle with retention, save a penny to waste a dollar mentality at times. Like a lot of companies, moving production to Mx has really hurt quality. At times struggle to compensate fairly and invest in the future both individually and also in spending the money to put together enough resources to really help the projects develop correctly.
