      Pros

      Good products, good engineers eager to work and probably a good place to start your first job to experience how your career would look like at its lowest.

      Cons

      Terrible managers, bad planning, no career path. Always filling holes and patching deep wounds. Managers in the ADAS group don't actually care about you, they just want it fixed. Appraisals dont mean anything. This place is just an emotional rollercoaster and you will leave after 2 years

      Actually nothing when compared to torture given now a days.

      Cons

      Illogical management Creating pressure to torture No life Managers are at there worst and rude behaviour. Employees being treated like slaves these days(CDV). Irresponsible HR, we don't have dare to share our problem with HR team. Actually entire management is involved in this torture from top to bottom including HR.

      Pros

      There is a great base of employees, some are the absolute salt of the earth. -When the bell goes at the end of the shift.

      Cons

      -Yearly bonus is a laughable joke, no incentive to work hard for the 'bonus'. -Toxic work environment endorsed by ridiculous excuse for HR dept. -HR cannot seem to help anyone but management, always move responsibility onto someone else. On the plus side the management are doing a great job driving the place into the ground, so redundancy would be a welcomed treat. -Operators get blamed for everything that happens. -No talk of proper pay increase, even though the company is a billion dollar a year company. -Bullying and intimidating managers, and I mean the definition of bullying, all reported to HR and NOTHING done about it.
