      Put in all the hard work and then get punished for it!

      Pros

      Some great staff in production, health insurance, pension scheme, decent pay, no major traffic, good parking

      Cons

      It literally doesnt matter how much hard work you put in or how good you are at your job, you will never be rewarded. They promote from inside the company and base it not on how good you are at your job but how long you have worked there. They wont investigate problems properly leading to ridiculous gross misconduct/misconduct cases in HR with people involved in them that had nothing to do with the issue. Easy way of dismissing people without having to pay out anything when they need to reduce numbers.

      Way too many to write, but briefly, worst management even you could experience, no respect, neither they will you have self respect, All managers gang up, when you suggest something improving, neither the will let you do your job, just want to give you a job and want to chase you away, WAY TOO CHILDISH

      Maybe the pension You get a bonus every quarter just for clocking in, provided the chief on the hill doesn't try and rob it out of your pocket.

      Cons

      Managers DO not have a clue about how to run this comapany. Low morale due to bad management from the very top. Serious blame culture Few bullies around the place that seem to get away with it. Everything to do with involvement of personnel is geared towards those on day shift. they believe in cultural diversity, yet for 'Well being at work day' they had physio therapists and massage chairs in for those who work day shift, yet people in the off shifts who would benefit more from these types of perks got a smelly plastic water bottle.
