      Pros: -Good Relationship among employees. -Good work life balance

      Cons

      -Employees are being orally intimated that they will get termination notice, even if the employee resigns officially to VITC manager. Valeo policies were literally neglected and it costs huge loss of experienced employees. - Stressed environment because of subjective mindset of VITC managerial. -No dedicated HR / manager for lighting team. -Internal Transfer is denied without any reason.

      Overall valeo India is the best place to work.

      Cons

      VITC have poor working environment. VITC Top management doesn't allow the employees to speak. Inorder to reduce the attrition percentage the VITC management is forcing the resigned employees to agree that they are poor performers Threateningees
