      You will witness What One Man can do to another for their growth.

      Cons

      I had to leave because of the following reasons. 1. No balanced workload. 2. Bills for Travels are hardly reimbursed. 3. Even my final settlement has not been done even after 90 Days.

      - Interesting & Challenging Work - Flexi - Time, Subsidised Canteen, Subsidised Sports & Social Club with regular events, Subsidised Charity of the Year with regular events, Pension, Long term Illness cover, Health Insurance, Further Education scheme, regular Share Schemes, 22 days annual leave with an option to purchase 3 more. - Regular on-site visits by banks, mental health awareness professionals for example. - Regular events for diversity, healthy eating etc ( free fruit fridays, free health assessments )

      = Challenging work can lead to stressed out teams & management which in turn can lead to difficulties in communicating between & within departments.
