      I joined VALEO as an INTERN for a period of 6months. The Manager, Team Leaders and other seniors are really friendly.I worked as a Software Developer Intern under Seniors with more than 10years of Experience. My work was to develop applications/tools which are needed to reduce the human works. The environment is really good, and based on your performance you would converted to FULL TIME. U get Snacks and Coffee/Tea And you get all the benefits like T-Shirts, bags etc like other Full time employees. And then you get a cab for free during your Intern period Weekend holidays You would play various Sports events for your team

      Friendly people Subsidised health care Subsidised canteen As it is located in Tuam, very little in the way of being stuck in traffic when going to or from work

      Cons

      Reactive instead of proactive. Micro management across all functions. Blame game mentality rather than accepting mistakes and trying to fix issues
