      Pros

      - well known company good for fresh out of school to gain experience and good compensation for people who would like to put in "just enough to get by" effort

      Cons

      - management is short sighted and too focus on quarter to quarter financial to the extent that only the next quarter result is important. anything that rocks the boat is not viewed favorably even if it is good for the future because rocking the boat has potential short term negative impact to financial.

      Good work/like balance, Good benefits, Stable career and very stable job excellent job security. Very multicultural working environment with opportunities to develop yourself

      Cons

      Can take a lot of networking to get things done, need to 'buy everyone in'. Sometimes 'who you know' matters more than 'how you have performed'. When tough decisions need to be made there is no one to make them at Board level.
