      Managment is not competent-can't handle multiple priorities at once Many employees are dissatisfied Recruiting team is horrible Employees don't feel like they can trust HR to tell them how bad their work environment is

      Pros

      I've always been satisfied with the salary, benefits, and general stability of the company.

      Cons

      The new regime has brought with it some unwelcome change. I feel completely underutilized, and as if there is very little regard for the career development of key employees. This is not a company that I particularly enjoy working for.

      Excellent benefits package (Much needed with all the stress).

      Cons

      Retaliation and bullying on the rise. Best practice ethics and valuesdiminishing rapidly. Payment is for how many bodies you walked over and ruined to get where you are today. Harassment of employees is on the rise and is not being addressed properly. Not a good place to recommend anymore. I do not know if Visa can continue to last in this condition. It was an amazing company for which to work.
