      Pros

      Relaxed environment. I had great coworkers, from whom I learned a lot. Nice benefits and facilities.

      Cons

      Project management had some issues. The company's goals and projects were confusing. I wish different levels would have been involved or consulted during the devolpement of new projects.

      Great challenges, top games, fast growing. Amazing IT team. Interesting challenges. Neat office and relaxed culture. Awesome people. Good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Time demanding. Lots of extra office hours. Growing fast is costing us in quality of organization and people being hired. Divided board, divided management.
