      Pros

      The best benefits ever! Lunch, drinks, snaks, ping-pong and videogames, parking, happy hours... Really good people, with strong technical knowledge. Very nice offices, in one of the most beautifull places in Buenos Aires.

      Cons

      It was like a balloon. When ir exploded, nothing remained. Too many managers per team. Company communication is one of the worst i have ever experienced. Some guys in the top management where not prepeared to drive a company like Vostu and took very bad decitions.

      Pros

      Enthusiastic people; good office perks (although they cut them down a lot); informal culture; salaries; incredible potential; opportunity to reach millions of players; key player in Brazil; cool offices.

      Cons

      Management's arrogance; unrealistic objectives; lack of mid-term planning; inexperienced managers making decisions as if the company made anything but games; location (Puerto Madero, a beautiful but unreachable place); long hours; poor people skills; no idea about games (and no interest to learn).

      * Excellent benefits * A few very good leaders * Short and fast development cycles * Working in a growing industry

      Cons

      * Unexperienced management who didn't trust the team's decisions * Backlash from management's early decisions (see Zynga vs Vostu) * Aggressive infighting in management and between studios
