Good company and people, but don’t expect progression
Pros
Good work environment, with kind and helpful people in every department. Good sales team experience, with winning mindset. Old style company, values long term employees (+15 years) over experienced employees that came from other companies
Cons
8-5 job - not much is asked of you. It’s good for work-life balance, but on the other hand, performance expectations are low. No career progression nor management reviews / assessments (You have to monitor opening positions and apply yourself). VERY FEW women in key positions or any other roles. Difficult to find information within the organisation - lose a lot of time to do a single job, if it requires some non standard information (which was actually the majority of cases…) Salary lower than market average.
