Cons

Business is very hectic as the product made is custom every time. You have to be flexible and driven to succeed to be successful. This is not a job for people who want to routine boring jobs. The company is changing and if you cannot accept change or be flexible maybe there are other jobs on an assembly line for you.

Very dysfunctional, lack of communication, morale is terrible, lack of appreciation, unequal treatment, the union is a joke, won't spend money on quality metal, management won't solve problems
