Pros

Brazilian company is a subsidiary of a very large US corporation, so depending on your position there is a chance that you might have some international exposure

Cons

The company has implemented very complicated and bureaucratic procedures so that managers waste too much time on the wrong task. Leadership is not clear about the company's directions. Brazilian subsidiary has been in Brazil for almost a decade without ever showing profit (ignoring the acquired subsidiaries of Ahold and Sonae, which were acquired by Walmart in 2004 and 2005 respectively)
