Pros

Free education for part-time and full-time employees, low cost benefits, opportunities for overtime

Cons

Extremely high expectations, micro-management, treated like children, low pay for amount of work to be done (night shift), no sick time, low vacation time, cut hours without letting you know beforehand, can fire you for any reason, have to use paid time off when you are sick or have to go to the doctor/dentist/etc, 8 unpaid days off per year and if you go over this you get fired.
