Pros

Walmart is a great company, with strong culture and integrity values. It also invests importantly on its executives.

Cons

The company may be too much conservative in some matters, which may create complexity in fast decisions processes.

Pros

As a developer, I could work in a dynamic team, it was great and I could develop my skills very well.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy, at point you started to struggle. It was very painful to see devs/product teams trying to do your best to help the company go forward and other teams like infosec, change, infrastructure and sysadmins pushing the company backwards avoid any kind of improvement that will impact in their routine.
