Pros

Fun company atmosphere, which fosters growth and collaboration. Pay and benefits are great, and room for growth is ample. Free lunch Friday's!

Cons

The majority of employees have great backgrounds, but need to be more integrated into Walmart's core values. While Walmart eCommerce is a tech company, tradition should also be valued.

Pros

Who said work couldn't be fun? There are many challenges here, and while the vibe is very hard-working in this time of ultimate growth, the teams manage to keep a respectable work/life balance and always remember to have fun and laugh along the way. I love it here! The perks are great: a very competitive salary, stock options, bonus potential, free lunch on fridays, free popcorn daily, free parking, your own laptop, subsidized cafeteria meals, cheap vending machine options, an on-site gym with gym classes available, etc. Employee retention is important to any business, and Walmart eCommerce knows how to keep me happy.

Cons

I don't know of any cons.....
