Depends on the DC

Pros

Pay (if coming from outside; took leaving and getting recruited back after being promoted from within to get there). Opportunities; Walmart is always looking forward. Networking; been mentored by and worked with some of the brightest minds I've ever met.

Cons

Work/life balance. MIP is DC performance based and doesn't have much to do with your individual performance. Poor performers pollute the workforce due to corporate red tape at the associate and management level.
