Pros

- Above average salary. - Talented people willing to mentor. - Great for business relationships with people leaving the company.

Cons

- Nepotism: The success of your project / career will depend entirely in how friendly is your team to management. Got a team member that happens to live nearby management's vacation house? Guaranteed funding and career progression. Your manager likes to focus on work and disregard amenities with management? say bye bye to any semblance of career. - Politics: Wargaming is ran by a politburo that will micromanage every aspect of every project and will only step back when favors are thrown around. Every manager below the CEO level is constantly trying to back-stab each other unbeknownst to him. Projects will get cut and studios shutdown in the blink of an eye as soon as one of them gets the upper hand in a conflict of interest. - Job Security: Company grew at an alarming rate between 2016 and 2018 and realized they cant keep that headcount up, much less with all the managers trying to hurt each other to secure a friendly relationship with others. Read the news, realize how many studio closures have been done within a one year period, and stay tuned for the next ones. If you are getting hired for the main office, you have nothing to be worried about.

Pros

Amazing fellow Customer Service Reps and even more amazing Lead Supervisors Decent benefits General perks and lifestyle that comes with working at a video game company Advancement opportunities for rock star CSRs

Cons

Pay is not decent, given the Bay Area location Schedule rotates every quarter General office politics that can be found anywhere (favoritism, nepotism, back stabbing, etc.) Some promotions seemed to be clearly not based on merit (though again, this happens everywhere) Some folks in other departments treat CSRs very poorly
