      I came into Wargaming in love with World of Tanks, and I will leave Wargaming sour on the company as a whole.

      Pros

      The perks are very good. Two bonuses a year. Lots of fun activities to partake in. Strong culture. Lots of games. Free breakfast on occasions. The game is great and better than a lot of other free-to-play games.

      Cons

      The on-board training is pretty unorganized. There is a huge divide between the Customer Support Department and the corporate side of the building, and it's very difficult to transition away from Customer Support.

      Worst HR experience. Top management is dysfunctional and toxic.
