Pros

- Could serve as a nice introduction to the gaming industry - Good benefits, and a nice severance package

Cons

- Limited opportunities for professional development - Below-average salary - Difficult to get raises - Employees are not always appreciated - Confusing, inefficient, and overcomplicated processes - Some documentations are only available in Russian - Russian-speaking employees are at an advantage compared to the rest of the company - Employees are overworked since the company is trying to cut costs everywhere

Pros

* Able to move up the ladder if you're good * Good benefits * Local office is good

Cons

* Company as a global entity has a fairly toxic environment (a very "us vs them" mentality) * Below industry-standard wages * Lots of poor decisions and waste from the top
