      Big company with lots of benefits for the employees: discounted breakfast/dinner for early/late workers, gym reimbursement, good medical insurance package. Flexible working hours. (1-hour buffer before the official start of the day). You come early - you go home early. Competitive Salary. Relocation bonus and support. One of the core values for the company is actually caring about the quality of the product we make and having a room for making mistakes and starting from scratch.

      Cons

      Sometimes it seems chaotic, and there's a feeling that the company wants to sweep up anyone worthy on the market without knowing what to do with them afterwards. Time Card system that punishes you greatly for being even 1 minute late. No warnings, no first times, straight up to the fine. Not a solid con, but everything has to be documented and submitted. Paper work turnaround is astounding.
