A studio that will suck out your will to live

Pros

- Your salary is fully legal, which is unusual for Russia. - Some of the departments actually have some nice folks working there.

Cons

- Very strict and unnecessary harsh late arrivals policy - A very toxic management even by Russian standards. You can easily be personally insulted in front of other employees or person to person. - Managers/Leads are often don't know what they're doing, but if something is wrong it's your fault. - Obnoxious work/life balance. Crunches are usual situations because deadlines are often unrealistic. - Women are being objectified. The overall situation with sexism is quite bad. - Nepotism is a thing. - Uninspiring and dull office.
