      Pros

      The money’s alright and there’s a decent Christmas party at the end of the year.

      Cons

      The rivalry and infighting between WG Sydney and WG Austin was a major downer, not to mention a massive road block. WG Austin kept throwing its weight around and undermining WG Sydney at any opportunity. What's worse, WG Sydney's management just bent over and took it. Pathetic.

      You can meet some surprisingly passionate people wishing to add value and perform. Modern office spaces and technical support.

      Cons

      A company without any vision. Particularly "toxic" atmosphere with Russian bias. Workplace politics rule. Employees face a lack of transparency while navigating corporate environment.
